Worn:  100 Days of Shoe Decon

A material study that exposes the hidden beauty within the worn shoe. Initial research consisted of a 100-day project (2017) in which a worn shoe was dissected each day, from which a series of material swatches were extracted and a final still life was curated to reveal a snapshot of wear, weather, and time.  Later, a color palette was created for each (2019).
